Powerhouse Advertising is the oldest full-service promotional products agency in Tidewater. Founded in 1986 by Norfolk native Jeff Swartz, the company has grown to include a support staff of 6, including a full-time graphic artist, and 12 promotional consultants. All employees are well-versed in product knowledge, decorating techniques, factory procedures, and customer service.

Powerhouse specializes in producing custom, imprinted merchandise to match their clients' promotional needs. These include product launches, fundraising events, grand openings, incentive programs, employee recognition - whatever the project, their mission is to produce a quality product, deliver it on time, and get results.

Another large segment of the promotional products industry is uniforms and corporate clothing. The Powerhouse facility includes a large, well-stocked showroom, state-of-the-art industry software for order entry, billing, and inventory control, as well as a warehouse that is used to store merchandise for company store programs and fulfillment.
